			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<ul><strong>New this year:</strong> Any and all plastic materials are to go in the recycle bin now. They will sort out the recycle/reuse stuff from the waste plastics at the other end.<br />
Also, residents of the township can drop off large items at either the Baxter or Tower Road transfer stations. No charge for &#8220;household&#8221; large items. Proof of residence may be requested.<br />
&#8220;Hazardous&#8221; waste can be dropped off at the transfer stations on specific days (only). Both &#8220;Hazardous&#8221; waste and electronics can be dropped off at the Baxter transfer site on the 14th of July, 2010 or on the 21st of August, 2010.</p>

		<description><![CDATA[Due to the large number of building permits which continue to remain open beyond the time when construction should normally have been completed a Building Permit Maintenance Fee policy has been adopted by Council.

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<ol>Due to the large number of building permits which continue to remain open beyond the time when construction should normally have been completed a <strong>Building Permit Maintenance Fee </strong>policy has been adopted by Council.<br />
Where the chief building official determines that a Building Permit remains open after two years, whether construction is ongoing or not, the official will mail an invoice for a file maintenance fee, about $60.00. If unpaid the fee will be attached to the tax bill. This procedure will be applied every year after or until such time as the building permit is closed.

The video that is at the end of <a href="http://www.liveleak.com/view?i=ae5_1250597651">this link</a> shows a boat out of control. The thing to note is not what the guy was doing at the time that he lost control nor what he does afterward. The thing to note is <em>how quickly </em>that small craft comes around at him.<br />
<em>(That little lanyard attached to your motor&#8217;s killswitch is starting to look like a good idea just about now, eh?<br />
